PGA Golf Coach

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coaching operations for the academy, ensuring high-quality delivery of individual and group sessions
• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with Golf Saudi's golf development objectives and club priorities
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve a structured curriculum covering fundamentals, advanced techniques, and fitness elements
• Lead and coordinate qualified coaches and trainers, ensuring coaching practices align with industry standards and best practices
• Assess player performance and track progress using agreed metrics; provide feedback plans and tailored development pathways
• Identify talent and support scouting activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate development interventions
• Coordinate academy schedules, bookings, and administration processes to ensure smooth onboarding and enrollment management
• Organize and support training clinics, camps, and engagement initiatives to promote participation and awareness of Golf Saudi programs
• Ensure safeguarding, safety, and conduct standards are applied consistently across coaching activities and facilities
• Build partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and organizations to expand golf education outreach and program reach
• Collaborate with club operations, events, and marketing teams to deliver academy-related activities and communication as required
• Prepare periodic reports on program performance, participation, player development outcomes, and improvement actions

Role Qualifications Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field. PGA Professional certification (or equivalent recognized coaching certification) is required.

Experience

6+ years of relevant golf coaching experience, including program delivery and leadership exposure.

Technical Skills

Program and curriculum design, coaching methodologies, player assessment and performance tracking, session planning, use of coaching technology (for example launch monitors/video analysis), and basic reporting and KPI tracking.
