PGA Golf Professional

The PGA Teaching professional will split their duty time between a golf operational capacity and a teaching professional. Ultimately responsible for growing the game and developing interest in the new Top Tracer facility at Al Mouj Golf.

General Duties:

• Planning and preparing seasonal coaching programs and promotions
• Academy revenues, budget and profitability
• Academy, range presentation
• Controlling academy inventory of stock including rental equipment, range balls, teaching
  
  

equipment etc

• Controlling academy diary and commission reports
• Academy marketing planning and implementation
• Delivering coaching programs to individuals and groups
• Preparing and proposing event schedules for approval by golf operations manager
• Running of golf events relevant to the Top Tracer facility (member, open, society and
  
  

corporate) to include - event planning, scheduling, advertising, preparation, trophies and prizes

• Event budgets
• Post event updates through social media channels and press releases
• Preparing function/event sheets
• In charge of prize presentations

Education and Experience:

• PGA qualified professional
• Level 3 or 4 coach
• 2-3 years in teaching
• Digital coaching

Language Ability:
