The PGA Teaching professional will split their duty time between a golf operational capacity and a teaching professional. Ultimately responsible for growing the game and developing interest in the new Top Tracer facility at Al Mouj Golf.
General Duties:

Planning and preparing seasonal coaching programs and promotions

Academy revenues, budget and profitability

Academy, range presentation
-
Controlling academy inventory of stock including rental equipment, range balls, teaching
equipment etc

Controlling academy diary and commission reports
-
Academy marketing planning and implementation
-
Delivering coaching programs to individuals and groups
-
Preparing and proposing event schedules for approval by golf operations manager
-
Running of golf events relevant to the Top Tracer facility (member, open, society and
corporate) to include - event planning, scheduling, advertising, preparation, trophies and prizes

Event budgets
-
Post event updates through social media channels and press releases

Preparing function/event sheets

In charge of prize presentations
