Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments ensuring student safety and proper supervision.
• Assess students through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations regularly.
• Maintain updated knowledge of modern biological research and discoveries.
• Guide students in science projects and participation in academic competitions.
• Create and use multimedia teaching aids for enhanced concept understanding.
• Collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum development.
• Support students’ career counseling and preparation for competitive examinations.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of cell biology, genetics, and ecological principles.
• Excellent classroom communication and scientific explanation abilities.
• Proficient in using digital tools for interactive biology instruction.
• Effective classroom management and motivational teaching strategies.
• Ability to design innovative experiments and practical demonstrations.
• Strong analytical and mentoring skills for student academic growth.
