Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Post-graduation in Biology (Botany/Zoology) from a recognized university.
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Biology teacher in a reputed CBSE/English-medium school.
• Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description

• Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments based on CBSE curriculum standards.
• Instruction: Conduct engaging classroom sessions for senior secondary students (XI-XII), focusing on both theory and practical application.
• Student Mentorship: Guide students in understanding complex biological concepts and prepare them for board examinations.
• Assessment: Create, grade, and analyze assessments to track student progress.
• Communication: Maintain effective, regular communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
