Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate TGT Biology Teacher to teach Biology at the secondary level. The candidate should be able to deliver engaging lessons, strengthen conceptual understanding, and inspire scientific curiosity among students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Biology to middle and secondary classes as per curriculum guidelines
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lesson plans and lab sessions
• Explain biological concepts clearly using models, experiments, and real-life examples
• Conduct practical classes, maintain laboratory discipline, and ensure safety norms
• Assess students through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
• Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports
• Provide academic support and guidance to students
• Encourage analytical thinking, observation, and inquiry-based learning
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school activities
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance
• Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology / Life Sciences
• B.Ed (mandatory)
• Teaching experience as a TGT Biology teacher is preferred
• Familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
