**Job Summary:**

The Chemistry Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in chemistry to students, fostering their understanding of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, and scientific inquiry. The role involves designing lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking while ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that cover theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry.

- Conduct interactive lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory experiments to enhance learning.

- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical work.

- Ensure a safe and organized laboratory environment, following safety protocols.

- Encourage students to develop problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Provide individualized support to students needing extra help or enrichment.

- Stay updated with advancements in chemistry and integrate relevant knowledge into teaching.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Teaching certification/license (if required).

- Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and laboratory practices.

- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
