• Teach Commerce subjects including Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and related areas to senior secondary students.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum and school guidelines.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including case studies, projects, and practical examples, to enhance understanding.
• Design and conduct assessments, tests, and examinations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports as required.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
• Identify learning gaps and provide extra support or remedial guidance where necessary.
• Encourage participation in commerce-related activities, competitions, and seminars.
• Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
• Collaborate with other teachers to enhance cross-disciplinary learning.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of commerce education.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and management regarding student progress and school activities.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular programs, and extracurricular activities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
