Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in English (MA in English) from a recognized university
• B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to classes XI–XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare structured lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
• Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate academic performance, and maintain accurate records.
• Use interactive and modern teaching methods, including digital learning tools.
• Encourage students to participate in literary events—debates, elocution, creative writing, and competitions.
• Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through systematic coaching and revisions.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating environment.
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development sessions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
