Subject Matter Expertise

• Deep Grammar Knowledge: A strong understanding of English grammar rules and how language works is fundamental.
• Skill-Based Teaching: A good teacher views English as a skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and teaches accordingly, rather than focusing solely on tests.

Communication & Engagement

• Excellent Communication: Clear and fluent English is a prerequisite, and teachers should also be effective listeners.
• Student Engagement: They use creativity, humor, and varied methods like discussions and music to capture and maintain student interest.
• Rapport with Students: Building positive, trusting relationships helps foster confidence and a supportive learning environment.

Teaching experience is essentially required and if any prevoius experience at coaching institutes as a mentor is fruitful for the selection.
