International Delhi Public School (IDPS) is dedicated to academic excellence and holistic development. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to inspire students with strong communication, critical thinking, and literary appreciation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to senior secondary classes (XI–XII) as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Conduct grammar, comprehension, writing, and literature sessions effectively.
• Encourage debate, public speaking, and creative writing among students.
• Assess and evaluate students through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with a strong academic foundation.
• Use modern teaching aids, digital tools, and activity-based methods.
• Participate in school events, literary activities, and faculty meetings.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
