About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching students of classes VI–X.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to students of classes VI–X as per the school curriculum and CBSE/State Board guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities that promote interactive and student-centered learning.
• Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide academic support to students through remedial classes when necessary.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school administration for curriculum planning and academic improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. in English preferred).
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage students and deliver concepts clearly.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage
