Job Description: PGT English Teacher (Senior Wing)

Position: PGT English Teacher – Senior Wing (ONLY Female Candidates)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as a PGT English Teacher

Location: Shahpur Bamheta, NH-24, Ghaziabad
Salary Range: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for junior wing students in line with the curriculum.
• Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Instill a passion for English literature and language among students.
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor students' academic progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills and overall performance.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and disciplined learning environment to ensure student focus and participation.
• Foster a collaborative classroom culture that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
• Lesson Planning and Preparation:
• Design creative lesson plans and teaching strategies to cater to diverse student needs.
• Use innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaboration and Participation:
• Work closely with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school administration to ensure academic excellence.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and training programs as required.
• Mentorship and Guidance:
• Mentor students for inter-school competitions, debates, and other literary activities.
• Encourage students’ holistic development by supporting them in extra-curricular programs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English. A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT English Teacher in a recognized school.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of English grammar, literature, and teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Familiarity with modern teaching aids and technology is preferred.
