Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate PGT Hindi teacher to deliver effective instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster language proficiency, cultural appreciation, and critical thinking skills among senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach Hindi to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar.
• Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching strategies.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Design and conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE norms.
• Evaluate answer scripts, assignments, and projects with timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Identify learning gaps and provide academic support where required.
• Mentor and guide students for academic and personal development.

School Responsibilities

• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
• Support co-curricular and cultural activities related to Hindi language and literature.
• Follow school policies, academic procedures, and CBSE regulations.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi).
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as PGT Hindi preferred.
• Strong command over Hindi language and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CBSE board exam preparation.
• Ability to use digital tools for teaching and assessment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
