PGT Physics

• Teach Physics to Classes IX–XII as per curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources that make concepts engaging and relatable.
• Use modern teaching aids, laboratory experiments, ICT tools, and real-life applications to enhance understanding.
• Regularly evaluate student performance through class tests, assignments, projects, and lab activities.
• Laboratory & Practical Work
• Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory experiments ensuring safety and accuracy.

Student Development

• Provide academic mentoring and counseling to students for higher studies and career choices in science streams.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where needed.
• Encourage participation in science exhibitions, Olympiads, quizzes, and innovation projects.

Other Duties

• Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports.
• Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, departmental reviews, and staff development programs.
• Contribute to school events, assemblies, and interdisciplinary projects.
• Stay updated with curriculum reforms, modern pedagogy, and assessment practices.
• Uphold school values, discipline policies, and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, records, and consumables.
• Guide students in scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and research projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
