The Boeing Company is currently seeking Software Leads to support our Phantom Works Software Engineering team located in Berkeley, MO. This position is required to be in Berkeley, MO, but may be performed from any other Boeing U.S. location including Mesa, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO,Arlington, VA or El Segundo, CA with significant travel to Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
This role will be part of the Phantom Works Open Architecture Systems Integrated Software (OASIS) Solutions team. This position is responsible for defining, developing, and leading the software development for real-time software air and/or space systems in an Agile software development environment. Integration across other teams of software and hardware components will be required. You will be working with some of the best engineers at Boeing in an inclusive team environment. Position Responsibilities:
Develop, own and maintain the software architecture with focus on interface clarity, stability, and versioning to minimize integration risk, with a focus on production type software that is easily maintainableBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor’s DegrePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experienceTravel:10% if based in Berkeley, MO; 50% travel is based outside of Berkeley, MO

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $184, 450 - $286,350
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
