Pharma Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Visiting pharmaceutical corporate offices and healthcare organizations
• Identifying and approaching potential clients to build strong relationships and schedule meetings
• Developing business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations
• Researching new business opportunities and revenue channels
• Managing the entire business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, presentation development, negotiation, and deal closure
• Staying updated with the latest pharma industry trends and developments
• Creating and implementing growth strategies and plans
• Attending conferences, meetings, and pharma events to expand professional networks
• Managing and retaining strong relationships with existing clients

Key Skills / Requirements:

• For Freshers: Pharma educational background required
• For Experienced Candidates: Any graduation acceptable
• Experience Required: 0 to 4 years in pharma business development, pharma sales, or related roles
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry terminology
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create presentations and business proposals
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong strategic thinking and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Qualifications:

• B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in pharmaceutical or related fields
• Female candidates preferred

Location Preference:

• Candidates staying near Andheri will be preferred

Work Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• 1st & 3rd Saturday working
• 50% office work, 50% field work
