Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to existing clients and cold calling to prospective customers, to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze market trends
- Deliver compelling product presentations and technical sales pitches that highlight key benefits and features tailored to client needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements that align with company objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-up, customer service excellence, and personalized communication
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive product adoption
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients efficiently and effectively
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting pharmaceutical sales
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sharpen sales techniques for continuous professional growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or pharmaceutical/medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated expertise in inside sales strategies including outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and business development techniques
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or related technical products is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to client needs
- Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively during presentations or meetings
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards generating new leads and expanding market reach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
