Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and initiatives in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of leadership in marketing and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from introduction to maturity.
• Oversee market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to meet strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and R&D.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatari pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
