Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

A Pharmaceutical Sales Manager in Dubai drives revenue growth and market share for pharmaceutical products across the UAE/GCC by developing strategic sales plans, leading field teams, and building key relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance, product launching, and forecasting, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual/regional sales plans, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of medical representatives to achieve individual and team performance KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, pharmacies, government channels, and distributors.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure all promotional activities and sales efforts strictly comply with UAE pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to upper management.

Experience – 6 to 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales

Education – Graduate in Life Science

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
