Now Hiring: Hospital Pharmacy Sales Specialist

Location: Arizona, Nevada, or Southern California

Pay: $73K – $91K Base + $48K Commission Target

I’m currently hiring a Hospital Pharmacy Sales Specialist for a fast-growing pharmaceutical company focused on delivering high-quality compounded sterile medications to healthcare providers across the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone with medical device, pharmaceutical, or hospital sales experience who thrives in a hunter-style sales environment and enjoys building new relationships with hospital systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prospect and develop new hospital and health system accounts within your territory

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets

• Conduct in-person meetings with hospital stakeholders and pharmacy leaders

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding new customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of sales experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or hospital sales preferred)

• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers

• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

• Ability to travel within your assigned territory (up to 50%)
