We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Chinese) Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (BD) to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive account management and personalized customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper usage of our offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve product positioning.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining detailed records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, reports, and analysis documents.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos that highlight technical features and benefits.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to solving client challenges and fostering trust.

  • Product Promotion: Educate clients on our pharmacy services and pharmaceutical products.
  • Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic networking and consistent follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

Pay: Up to $12,000.00 per month
