About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our client’s pharmacy team. The role involves prescription handling, patient counselling, inventory management, and ensuring quality service to customers and doctors. Candidates must hold a valid PCI license (or apply as Trainee Pharmacist if awaiting license).

Key Responsibilities
1. Prescription Filling
Attend to doctor’s prescriptions at the sales counter and advise patients on dosage.
Dispense medicines as per prescription; consult doctors for substitutions if needed.
Verify medicines with the bill (patient name, item name, quantity, expiry date).

2. Customer Service
Counsel patients/customers on medicine usage, side effects, and reactions.
Maintain good relationships with customers and doctors.
Manage home delivery register and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle inbound calls regarding drug information, counselling, and delivery orders.
Support billing counter operations and cash handling when required.

3. Cold Chain & Inventory Management
Store drugs under proper refrigeration and security conditions.
Enter stock details in the system and cross-check with issue lists.
Maintain records of non-stock items and follow up for replenishment.
Conduct physical stock verification twice a week and daily rack checks for fast-moving items.
Ensure smooth shift handovers.
Verify received items (quantity, MRP, batch number, expiry date).
Strive to achieve pharmacy sales targets.

4. Additional Duties
Support billing management.
Perform tasks assigned by the in-charge as per business needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: D. Pharm / B. Pharm / M. Pharm (with valid PCI license).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
