• Medicine billing area
• Prescription checking and Prescription auditing area
• Medicine Picking area
• Medicine Checking area
• Delivering area
• Patient counselling
• Daily high value stock taken
• Return medicine checking and proper replacement in the rack
• Prescription is received from patients/ attendants by the Pharmacy staff.
• On receipt of prescription billing staff ascertained the required quantity, in case any clarification regarding medicine, prescribed doctor /patient is contacted and details noted in prescription.
