Pharmacist

Job Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescribed medications, providing accurate information about the proper use and side effects of drugs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, patient care, and adherence to hospital or clinic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medicines and provide information on their proper use.
• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Advise doctors, nurses, and patients on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
• Maintain and manage stock of medicines and other pharmacy supplies.
• Ensure that all medicines are stored properly and securely.
• Maintain records of controlled substances and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor patient medication therapies to avoid drug interactions or contraindications.
• Participate in health education and awareness programs when required.
• Prepare and submit pharmacy-related reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and hospital policies.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
