Pharmacist

• Dispense medicines accurately for OPD and IPD patients as per doctor’s prescription
• Maintain daily pharmacy stock for OPD and IPD
• Prepare and update OPD/IPD pharmacy checklists
• Ensure proper storage of medicines (expiry, batch, temperature control)
• Maintain purchase, issue, and stock registers AS PER NABH .
• Check expiry dates and remove expired/damaged medicines
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing department
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and follow hospital protocols
