Job Description

DRIPLABS is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fresher Pharmacist to join our growing clinical wellness and IV therapy team. The selected candidate will assist in medication handling, IV drip preparation support, inventory management, and ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in dispensing and handling IV drips, medications, and supplements as per prescription and protocol

● Support doctors and nursing staff during IV therapy procedures

● Maintain proper storage, labeling, and documentation of medicines and consumables

● Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory records

● Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety, and hygiene standards

● Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records

● Coordinate with procurement for timely restocking of pharmacy items

● Follow SOPs related to IV therapy, injections, and clinical protocols

Eligibility Criteria

● B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Mandatory)

● Fresher candidates only (Training will be provided)

● Valid pharmacy registration (or in process)

● Basic knowledge of medicines, IV fluids & pharmacy operations

● Willingness to learn IV therapy & clinical wellness protocols

● Good communication skills and professional attitude

● Attention to detail

● Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory, documentation)

● Ability to work in a clinical environment

● Team player with a patient-centric approach
