Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing patient counseling, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations while delivering excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide immunizations and health screenings where permitted

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Valid Pharmacist license in Kerala
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or clinical pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacy management systems and softwares
