Position: Pharmacist
Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Location: AL-AZHAR MEDICAL COLLEGE & SUPER SPECILTY HOSPITAL , THODUPUZHA , IDUKKI

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescription.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of medicines.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Check prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions.
• Maintain pharmacy records as per statutory and hospital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy area.

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid registration with State Pharmacy Council.
• Good knowledge of medicines and drug regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Hospital pharmacy experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
