**Qualifications:**

1. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.

2. Current pharmacy license in the state/province/country of practice.

3. Strong understanding of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and medication therapy management.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience working as a pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.

3. Experience with pharmacy software systems and electronic health records (EHRs).

4. Familiarity with medication compounding and sterile product preparation.
