Pharmacist

We are currently seeking a skilled Pharmacist for our Lulayah branch.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding medication storage, handling, and dispensing.
• Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes and promote medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient information, and pharmacy transactions.
• Monitor medication therapy outcomes and intervene when necessary to address medication-related issues.
• Assist in educating patients and caregivers on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on new medications, treatments, and pharmaceutical developments.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
