Salary: $122,613 to $179,322
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Remote oncology pharmacist supporting three FLPEN clinics.

Review, assess, and manage oral oncology medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related problems.

Provide patient and provider education, drug information, and counseling; make clinical recommendations and communicate with physicians via phone and EMR.

Recommend formulary alternatives and ensure accurate compounding and dispensing of medications for safe delivery to patients.

Oversee and support pharmacy technicians, assist with academic/precepting responsibilities, and float as needed to meet pharmacy coverage needs.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Prior oncology pharmacy experience (oral chemotherapy management strongly desired.)

BCOP certification a plus.
