Pharmacist – Holistic, Herbal & Natural Medicine Experience

Job Summary

D1 Management is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Pharmacist with experience in holistic, herbal, and natural medicine to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pharmaceutical care combined with a deep understanding of alternative and complementary medicine practices, including herbal remedies, natural supplements, and wellness-based treatment approaches.

The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on holistic health solutions, ensuring safe medication practices, and supporting overall patient wellness through integrative healthcare approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional consultation on herbal, natural, and holistic medicine products.
• Advise patients on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
• Recommend natural supplements and wellness products based on patient needs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and herbal products.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications and natural remedies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support integrative treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate pharmacy records.
• Stay updated with developments in holistic healthcare, herbal medicine, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Promote health awareness and wellness education to patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Valid DHA / MOH / DOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Experience in holistic, herbal, naturopathic, or alternative medicine is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of herbal supplements, natural remedies, and wellness products.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in herbal medicine, naturopathy, or integrative healthcare.
• Experience working in wellness centers, herbal clinics, or holistic healthcare facilities.
• Multilingual candidates are an advantage.
