Pharmacist-Nauru Deployment

Position: Pharmacist
Location: Nauru (Located in South Pacific Ocean)
Duration: Full time
Must be willing to relocate Nauru country

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Nauru. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compliant dispensing of medications while supporting high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness and drug interactions
• Provide patient counseling on medication use and side effects
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• Monitor stock levels and support procurement of pharmaceutical supplies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Valid pharmacy license/registration in home country
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience (hospital or clinical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication safety
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with inventory systems and electronic medical records
