Pharmacist In-Charge & Logistics Executive

The Pharmacist In-Charge & Logistics Executive will play a dual role, overseeing pharmacy operations in compliance with the EDE regulations, while also managing the end-to-end logistics of product distribution. This unique role requires a licensed pharmacist with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, coupled with logistics and supply chain management expertise. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English to effectively coordinate with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Oversight

· Ensure full compliance with UAE EDE regulations.

· Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and regulatory documentation for the company.

· Supervise proper handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

· Conduct inspections to ensure stock is free from damage, expiry, or quality issues.

· Oversee safe disposal of expired/damaged products in line with regulations.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

· Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including product receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.

· Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

· Plan and optimize transportation routes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Oversee third-party logistics providers and transportation companies for compliance and service quality.

Inventory & Stock Management

· Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while avoiding overstock and wastage.

· Ensure proper conditions for temperature-sensitive and controlled medicines during storage and transportation.

· Collaborate with internal teams for timely replenishment and stock accuracy.

Leadership & Stakeholder Relations

· Train and supervise staff on compliance, safety, and proper handling procedures.

· Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and customers regarding pharmaceutical and logistics queries.

· Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to support smooth operations.

Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain accurate records of stock movements, purchase orders, sales, and compliance reports.

Prepare logistics and pharmacy performance reports for internal management and regulatory submission.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid MOHlicense to practice in the UAE.

· Experience:

o Minimum 2 years in pharmacy operations.

· Skills:

o Strong knowledge of UAE pharmacy laws and logistics regulations.

o Proficiency in ERP/logistics software and reporting systems.

o Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

· Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits based on experience

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
