Pharmacist in charge with MOH License Ajman

To take full legal, operational, and professional responsibility for the medical store in compliance with UAE regulations, ensuring proper handling, storage, distribution, and documentation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities1. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

  • Act as the officially licensed Pharmacist In Charge registered with Emirates Drug Establishment.
  • Ensure full compliance with all UAE pharmaceutical laws, guidelines, and inspection requirements.
  • Maintain valid facility licenses, permits, and approvals at all times.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and communication with authorities.
  • Ensure all products are registered and approved before distribution.

2. Inventory & Storage Control

  • Oversee proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation).
  • Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch tracking, and recalls.
  • Implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) system strictly.
  • Manage controlled and restricted products securely.

3. Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Approve suppliers and ensure sourcing from licensed manufacturers and distributors.
  • Verify documentation (COA, invoices, batch records, import permits).
  • Supervise receiving, checking, and releasing of goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation for import/export processes.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of:
  • Purchase and sales invoices
  • Batch numbers and expiry tracking
  • Temperature logs
  • Recall and complaint logs
  • Ensure traceability of all products at all times.
  • Prepare reports required by authorities when requested.

5. Quality Assurance

  • Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Conduct regular internal audits and staff training.
  • Manage product complaints, adverse events, and recalls.
  • Ensure product integrity and prevent counterfeit or substandard products.

6. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Supervise pharmacy and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure all staff follow regulatory and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular training on compliance, storage, and handling.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional conduct.

7. Operations & Risk Management

  • Ensure safe handling of all pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor cold chain management where applicable.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions immediately.
  • Ensure business continuity and compliance during inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent).
  • Valid UAE MOH / EDE Pharmacist License.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a MOH registered drug store facility in UAE.

Working Conditions

  • Based in medical store / warehouse facility.
  • May require interaction with regulatory inspectors and audits.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
