Key Responsibilities:

Review insurance policies and extract coverage criteria

Build and maintain databases of insurance drug coverage criteria

Analyze and report on policy updates and coverage trends

Collaborate with US-based teams

Requirements:

B-Pharm or PharmD degree

2-4 years of experience in US healthcare

Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
