Dispensing & Medication Management

• Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions.
• Ensure correct dosage, strength, and formulation while dispensing.
• Check for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before issuing medicines.
• Label medicines properly and provide usage instructions.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines, surgicals, and consumables.
• Check expiry dates regularly and ensure removal of near-expiry or expired stock.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits and maintain stock registers.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely purchase and replenishment.

3. Pharmacy Operations

• Ensure timely supply of medicines to IPD wards, ICU, OT, and emergency department.
• Maintain cleanliness, storage conditions, and temperature control as per norms.
• Manage billing and entries in the HIS/ERP system accurately.

4. Patient & Customer Service

• Guide patients regarding medication usage, dosage schedule, precautions, and storage.
• Clarify queries from patients, nurses, and doctors related to drugs and prescriptions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
