Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.
• Supervise and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve daily sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Manage stock levels, vendor coordination, and reorder points for medicines and supplies.
• Implement company policies, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with area and head office teams for reporting and performance updates.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations or branch management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
