Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
• Assist pharmacy staff with medication intake, inventory management, and restocking supplies
• Process transactions accurately at the cashier station, handling payments and billing with precision
• Support pharmacy technicians with medication preparation
• Maintain organized records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory logs
• Help uphold safety and cleanliness standards by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control procedures
• Answer pharmacy phones and route them to appropriate staff members

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Retail customer service or restaurant experience is highly preferred (1 year).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts during standard business hours.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and transaction processing
