Job Summary

Naeem Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Sales Head to supervise pharmacy sales operations, manage pharmacy staff, maintain medicine records, and ensure smooth daily workflow of the pharmacy department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, computer operating knowledge, and experience in handling pharmacy teams and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the team of pharmacy salesmen and support staff.
• Monitor daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate medicine stock records and inventory management.
• Handle medicine purchasing, stock checking, expiry monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure proper dispensing and billing procedures are followed.
• Operate pharmacy software and maintain computerized records efficiently.
• Coordinate with management regarding stock shortages and pharmacy requirements.
• Train and guide pharmacy staff regarding SOPs and customer handling.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance within the pharmacy department.
• Prepare daily/monthly pharmacy sales and stock reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in pharmacy sales or pharmacy management.
• Strong leadership and staff handling skills.
• Good computer operating and pharmacy software knowledge.
• Ability to manage medicine inventory and records efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates having hospital pharmacy experience.
