A Pharmacy Manager oversees all daily pharmacy operations, including leading staff (pharmacists, technicians), managing inventory, ensuring strict compliance with health laws, handling finances, and providing high-quality patient care and service, bridging operations, clinical standards, and business goals for safe medication dispensing and positive patient outcomes. Key duties involve scheduling, training, ordering, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with doctors, all while upholding professional standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise, train, schedule, and develop pharmacy personnel (pharmacists, technicians).
  • Operations Oversight: Manage daily workflow, prescription processing, and overall pharmacy efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee ordering, stocking, and management of medications and supplies to prevent shortages.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and accreditation regulations for safe practice.
  • Patient Care: Provide medication counseling, resolve patient concerns, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Clinical Services: Implement and manage medication therapy management (MTM) and other clinical programs.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control shrink (loss), and oversee pharmacy assets.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
