Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager in Jehlum City with a strong grip on pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and drive operational excellence. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to patient safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Staff Supervision & Training
• Lead, mentor, and train pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
• Inventory & Procurement
• Manage procurement of medicines and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and availability.
• Financial & Reporting
• Manage pharmacy budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
• Prepare reports on operations, sales, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
• License: Must hold a valid Pharm.D license recognized by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Experience: 5+ years in pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
