
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy + MBA preferably.

Responsibilities:
-
Monitor pharmaceutical re-ordering levels, prices, and expiry dates of inventory.
-
Monitor and rep of drug consumption.
-
Perform expiry date checks returning near and items to main drug store according to the expired medication supervising.
-
Receiving of Drugs and medical supplies from main drug store.
-
Responsible for the completion of relevant documentation by the end of each workday.
-
Responsible for matching computer balances to on-shelf inventory levels.
-
Responsible for recording any stock movement into the computer system by the end of each workday.
-
Working on resolving issues related to drug dispensing and approvals.
-
Requesting daily shortages and needs of medications and others, and the monthly orders.
-
Establish, maintain, and oversee the highest standard of dispensing possible, which will be carried out by staff in the department.
-
Recruit and select high-caliber staff within the departmental budget and maintain harmonious working relationships.
-
Provide in-service training development and regular assessment of staff.
-
Supervise the work of members of the department to ensure agreed standards are achieved and maintained.
-
Be familiar with Egyptian laws and work Ethics of Egypt.

Establish and maintain regular communications with medical staff.
-
Ensure adequate and acceptable staffing cover as and when required by the needs of the pharmacy.

Analyze monthly departmental performance reports and take appropriate action on variances.
-
Observe legal requirements about health and safety precautions and procedures.

Keep track of all departmental Key performance indicators and activate quality improvement projects.
-
Communicating with different departments of the company.
-
Communicating with Egyptian Drug Authority.
