Job Description:
We are looking for confident and experienced individuals for a US-based outbound calling campaign. The role involves contacting pharmacy owners in the United States and introducing our services.

As an agent, you will communicate with pharmacy owners and explain how we can help generate DME (Durable Medical Equipment) leads for their business. Your goal is to build interest and onboard pharmacies to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to pharmacy owners in the US
• Introduce and explain DME lead generation services
• Build professional conversations and create interest
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cold calling / sales / DME campaign preferred
• Good English communication skills (spoken)
• Confidence in handling US clients
• Ability to work night shift (US hours)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
