Pharmacy Sales Associate

Role Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers in the pharmacy section, ensuring accurate product information, safe dispensing of OTC medications, and maintaining an organized and professional retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and basic medication guidance (OTC only).
• Ensure prescriptions are directed to and handled by the pharmacist.
• Maintain shelves, stock levels, expiry checks, and cleanliness.
• Process sales through POS and manage billing accurately.
• Coordinate with the pharmacist for product queries and inventory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and store policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma preferred.
• Prior pharmacy sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of OTC medicines and personal care products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35.00 - Rs45.00 per month
