Pharmacy Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will actively promote our pharmacy brand, pharmacy compounding services, build strong relationships with a variety of healthcare providers, and drive sales growth through strategic account management. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help expand our reach and ensure our patients and providers receive outstanding service.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in a variety of specialties in both human and veterinary medication practice.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our compounded medications and benefits of working with Avrio.
  • Negotiate with clients, were appropriate, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, product updates, and tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to document and maintain account information.
  • This role will combine in-field and in-office sales strategy to grow business through preparation, route planning, advanced meeting/call scheduling, and time management.
  • Sales may be in-field locally and virtually to any of our licensed states as assigned by the company.

Experience

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary, compounding pharmacy, or medical sales, with a strong understanding of business to business sales.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Experience in outside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
