Pharmacy Sales Specialist - (Derm experience preferred)

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmacies and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in the Compounding and Specialty meds including retail medications. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, prescribers, and office staff.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of utilizing our pharmacies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage a designated territory by planning and executing effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure product placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical sales sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in both clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• A degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
