Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, Minnesota-based pharmacy organization to hire a Pharmacy Talent Recruiter who will play a critical role in supporting pharmacy staffing across multiple locations statewide.
This is a highly autonomous recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys building strategy, working independently, and being out in the field connecting with candidates and schools — not sitting behind a desk waiting for applicants.
Role Overview
This role is focused primarily on the recruitment of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across Minnesota, including community-based and more remote locations. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and executing creative, relationship-driven recruiting strategies to attract licensed pharmacy talent in a highly competitive market.
The role offers a flexible, near-remote work model, with regular travel to schools, job fairs, and pharmacy locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pharmacy Recruiting (Primary Focus)

Manage full-cycle recruiting for:

Licensed Pharmacists

Pharmacy Technicians
-
Proactively source candidates using:

Direct outreach and networking
-
School and program partnerships
-
Referrals and market mapping
-
Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and rural locations
-
Screen candidates for licensure eligibility, location fit, and interest

Partner closely with pharmacy leaders to understand staffing needs and local selling points

Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and acceptance
Campus & Relationship Recruiting

Develop and maintain relationships with:

Schools of Pharmacy

Pharmacy Technician and community college programs

Attend career fairs, recruiting events, and campus visits

Create a long-term pipeline strategy for students, new grads, and early-career professionals

Serve as an ongoing point of contact for schools and program staff
Field-Based Recruiting & Travel

Pharmacy locations

Career fairs and schools
-
Community and recruiting events

Gain firsthand understanding of locations to better match and sell roles to candidates

Act as a visible recruiting presence for the organization in the field
Candidate Experience & Process Ownership

Serve as the primary point of contact from initial outreach through start date

Prepare and coach candidates throughout the interview process

Coordinate background checks, licensing steps, and onboarding activities

Keep candidates engaged and informed in a fast-moving market

Qualifications
Required

3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
