We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech II

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Flexible shifts and hours, 6:00am - 12:00am with weekend and holiday rotation

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Qualifications:

• High School graduate or the equivalent is required.
• Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification is required within 18 months of hire.
• One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) Certification is required within 18 months of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range: USD $18.69 - USD $27.54 /Hr.
