Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary: The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is a comprehensive role that is responsible for accurately performing advanced and basic pharmacy technician functions. In addition, they are responsible for performing duties associated with Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), other specialized duties and/or leadership roles as assigned by the pharmacy management team.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: High School Graduate/Equivalent
• Preferred Education: Associate or Bachelor degree
• Required License: Active Registered Pharmacy Technician as per State requirements and Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Certification
• Preferred License: ACPE or ASHP Compounded Sterile Products Certification
• Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years inpatient hospital experience
• Preferred Experience: 6 months experience in personnel management
